Nukala Compliance Bridge (NCB): Securing the India-UK Financial Corridor
Nukala RegTech Ltd delivers the Nukala Compliance Bridge (NCB)—a direct-to-source verification platform that eliminates manipulated data. We provide UK solicitors and estate agents with unalterable bank data directly from Indian financial institutions, securing
Source of Wealth (SoW) transparency and automating AML compliance.
Direct Digital Verification
The NCB bypasses traditional manual document collection by establishing a direct digital handshake with Indian financial institutions. We pull unalterable bank data directly into the UK legal workflow, ensuring 100% data integrity.
Fraud
Standard PDFs and paper statements are vulnerable to alteration. Our bridge provides a 'Verifiable Truth' layer, delivering raw data that cannot be intercepted or modified, protecting UK solicitors from sophisticated financial fraud.
Compliance
Specifically engineered for UK AML requirements. NCB automates the complex Source of Wealth verification process for Indian investors, providing a clear, immutable audit trail for legal and real estate professionals.
The Expertise Behind the BridgeNukala RegTech Ltd is led by Pandu Srikanth Nukala, whose foundational expertise was forged at International Property Media Ltd (IPM). Having worked at the center of the global property and real estate industry, Srikanth gained unparalleled insight into the complexities of high-value international transactions. The "Aha" Moment at IPM
During his tenure in the global property media sector, Srikanth witnessed a critical vulnerability: the reliance on manual, unverified financial documentation for international "Source of Wealth" (SoW) checks. He saw first-hand how solicitors and agents struggled to authenticate wealth from the Indian market, leaving the UK property sector exposed to data manipulation and compliance risk. The Mission: Nukala Compliance Bridge (NCB)
Nukala RegTech was founded to solve this industry-wide problem. We are building the Nukala Compliance Bridge (NCB)—a cloud-native verification engine hosted on Microsoft Azure. Our platform replaces the "paper trail" by establishing a direct-to-bank digital handshake with Indian financial institutions. The Future of Property Compliance
By leveraging Azure’s Enterprise-Grade Security, we deliver unalterable, real-time financial data directly to UK legal and real estate professionals. We are turning the "Source of Wealth" nightmare into a seamless, secure, and automated reality.

Security Architecture
NCB is built on Microsoft Azure's enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure. Our security architecture is designed to meet the requirements of UK FCA-regulated firms handling sensitive financial data.Data Transmission Security All data transmitted through the NCB bridge is encrypted using TLS 1.3 — the current industry standard for secure data transmission. No financial data is transmitted in plain text at any point.
Authentication NCB uses OAuth 2.0 token-based authentication with consent verification at every data request. No data pull is initiated without explicit, timestamped client consent — aligned with India's DPDP Act 2023 and UK GDPR requirements.
Data Storage NCB operates as a pass-through bridge — Indian financial data is delivered directly to the authorised UK recipient and is not stored on NCB servers. This architecture eliminates data retention risk and aligns with RBI data localisation requirements.
Credential Management All API credentials, consent tokens, and access keys are managed via Azure Key Vault — Microsoft's enterprise secret management service with hardware security module (HSM) protection.
Audit Trail Every consent transaction generates an immutable audit log — recording the data requester, consent timestamp, data type accessed, and delivery confirmation. This audit trail is available to UK FCA-regulated clients for compliance reporting.
Infrastructure NCB is hosted exclusively on Microsoft Azure UK South region — ensuring all infrastructure remains within UK jurisdiction for data residency compliance.
